For the last few years, Wall Street has undergone a transformation from sleepy adjunct to Main Street, to an exciting retail destination all its own. Add to that Moxie and Jia Mei, and it’s a fun place at night too.

The latest innovation on Wall Street is, I’m proud to say, in one of our spaces. It’s called Willow and Birch, and it’s at 36 Wall.

Nancy Karas, owner and visionary, has taste, energy, and positivity to spare. It’s evident in how she has created a wonderful space to shop, eat, and hang out.
